Contract Paralegal Services
Our Contract Paralegal Services, which are provided directly to attorneys, are billed by the hour, with mileage and parking costs added, when appropriate. There are no hourly minimums and most work, especially document preparation, is performed with an unbelievably quick turnaround time. Laurie Dominici, owner of I Write Legal Document Services, has over 15 years experience in Family Law, and she provides all of her own supplies, so there is no need for the attorney to provide anything, other than client, court, and case information necessary to complete legal documents, and, of course, personalized, printed letterhead, when needed. Ms. Dominici is very experienced in legal research and can provide your office with case and statute cites.
We have an experienced working knowledge of the software programs for Family Law; including, DissoMaster, Executioner, Propertizer, Legal Solutions, and Martin Dean's Essential Forms, and we are fully portable so that work does not have to be completed at the attorney's office, which allows us to maximize our time so that every attorney receives the same care and attention to detail that has been the backbone of our conscientious work ethic.

Notary Public Services/Fees
Ms. Dominici is a Notary Public and can provide notarization of documents at our office or she can provide mobile notarizations for a nominal travel fee.

Travel fee................$15.00 (does not include notarization fee)
Witness completion of online traffic school test.......$15.00 (does not include notarization fee)
