A Legal Document Assistant (LDA) is very similar to a paralegal. A Legal Document Assistant, by law, is required to have the same training as a paralegal but can prepare legal documents for the public at the consumer's direction.
Contract Paralegal / Notary Public services
We provide contract paralegal services to attorneys at competitive hourly rates with no minimums.
Our Notary Public services are made available to attorneys as well as the general public. We notarize in our office as well as perform mobile notarizations.

A report from California based on 1991 and 1995 court data found that one party appeared pro se [pro per] in 67 percent of all domestic relations cases
and in 40 percent of all child custody cases.1 One judge characterized the growth of pro se [pro per] litigation in California's family courts as a "floodtide" that
